Make a DIFFERENCE

Established in 1950, Bayview Yacht Club Junior Sailors is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to inspire and educate children, young adults, and amateur sailors through the sport of sailboat racing. We provide a safe, supportive environment where experienced coaches guide aspiring sailors to develop skills, resilience, and a sense of responsibility. This, in turn, instills a lasting passion for competition and sportsmanship, and nurtures future leaders both on and off the water. 

 

Donations to the organization directly help with the upkeep of our waterfront facility, equipment, future capital improvements and our scholarship fund. For 2026, our focus is on maintaining and developing the following areas:

• Safety and Equipment Maintenance:  Ensuring our students have access to well-maintained boats and safety gear is paramount to their learning experience.  

• Program Expansion: Your support can help us accommodate even more youth in the community, creating lifelong enthusiasts and ambassadors of the sport.​
